What data we process

Only what you give us when you get in touch or book: your name, phone number or email, language and the details of your appointment (service, date, duration and place).

If you choose to tell us something about your health so we can adapt the session (for example, an injury or an allergy to an oil), we will use it only for that purpose and with your explicit consent. Sharing it is never required.

Purposes

We use your data only to:

• Answer your enquiries by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Manage your booking and adapt the session to your needs and boundaries.
• Meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• We do not build profiles and will not send you advertising without your prior consent.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of:

• Your consent when you contact us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Managing and carrying out the booking you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Your explicit consent for any health information you choose to share (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Booking data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial regulations). Health information is deleted once it is no longer needed to look after you.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Service providers that work for us (web hosting, email or accounting advice) may access it, always under contract and with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own privacy policy, and it may involve international transfers covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@meltantramassage.com. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

Our services are for people aged 18 or over only, and we do not knowingly process data from minors. If we find that we have received any, we will delete it.
