Where we are: the Pere Garau neighbourhood

Our space is at Carrer del Bisbe Maura, 3, 07005 Palma de Mallorca, in Pere Garau, a lively residential neighbourhood in the Llevant district, east of Palma's centre. It is a quiet, discreet area, away from the tourist crowds.

The neighbourhood is known for the Mercat de Pere Garau, one of the city's most popular food markets, surrounded by cafés and small shops.

Getting here

The easiest option is to enter the address in your navigation or taxi app. Approximate times, depending on traffic:

• From Palma airport: about 15 minutes by taxi. By bus, EMT line A1 stops at Plaça d'Espanya, about a 15–20 minute walk away.
• From the old town and the Cathedral: about 10 minutes by taxi or a half-hour walk.
• From the cruise port: about 15–20 minutes by taxi.
• From Playa de Palma: about 15–20 minutes by car; from Calvià or Magaluf, about 25–30; from Alcúdia, around 50.
• If you are driving, street parking in Palma is often in high demand: a public car park or a taxi is usually the most convenient.

Before or after your appointment

Palma is made for slowing down and making a day of it:

• Stroll through the old town and Mallorca Cathedral (La Seu), facing the sea.
• Watch the sunset from the seafront promenade or Can Pere Antoni beach, the closest to the centre.
• Have breakfast or a drink at the Mercat de Pere Garau, right in the neighbourhood.
• Have dinner in Santa Catalina or around the Born, two of the liveliest areas in the city.

Tips for your visit

• Book ahead, especially in high season (June to September).
• If you are staying outside Palma, allow plenty of time so you arrive relaxed.
• All appointments take place at our space: we do not offer home or hotel visits.
